I led comprehensive digital initiatives, including social media content creation, publishing, and community management, strengthening brand visibility and audience engagement across platforms. My responsibilities extended to overseeing both paid and organic digital advertising, while implementing marketing automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve lead conversion rates. In parallel, I managed and maintained the company’s digital web presence, ensuring all website content remained up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with marketing objectives.
Beyond digital execution, I contributed to management and event-related functions by preparing and controlling budgets, negotiating with suppliers to reduce costs, and coordinating with external partners to maximize brand exposure. I also produced high-quality debrief documents, creative assets, videos, and digital presentations to support campaigns and stakeholder communication.
